The following position(s) are available at this time:

1. Position Title: Workers' Compensation Case Manager / Marketer


We currently have an exciting, career opportunity for a Workers' Compensation Case Manager / Marketer, located in Dallas/Plano/Garland Texas. This position is responsible for establishing/growing the Workers' Compensation case pipeline. We are looking for experienced (5 years plus) persons who would help build a database of patients, get authorizations for consults and surgeries, build relationships with Attorneys and Chiropractors, help facilitate MRI's DMEs and other services. While generating referrals, and building a case pipeline is the first order of business, day to day activities such as seeking authorizations for treatment and surgery is important. This is our first phase of recruiting, which means that there is a great chance of advancement for the right person(s). Hospital affiliation, Health Benefits, paid vacation after first year.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • handle full case load of workers' compensation files,
  • obtaining approval for consults and surgeries
  • scheduling patients, and confirming patients for MRI's DMEs and other services
  • preparing/maintaining patient charts
  • Adhere to all compliance requirements
  • coordinating patient/surgeon(s) appointment schedules
  • Ability to interact and develop strong relationships with Attorneys and Chiropractors
  • tracking patient progress in our Workers' Compensation patient management system for case review and document file to reflect the status and work being performed on the file
  • must be details oriented, very organized, and have exceptional communication skills
  • should be able to analyze an administrative process and suggest improvements
  • should be able to use basic office software applications - PC literate, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
